School Membership

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION for 2026

LAZSTA was formed with the aim to move ‘Towards Excellence in Science Education’ by 

· providing science teachers with high quality professional development activities 

· developing and distributing current information, ideas and methodologies that promote improved student learning.

· providing a professional and social network to enhance science and science education.

· promoting science and science education as a profession

· representing the members as a professional body.

LAZSTA is an endorsed provider of NESA.

Membership of LAZSTA is open to any science teacher at any school, government or non-government, or science educator. All fees are payable at the start of the school year and membership is valid for that calendar year.

The cost of school membership for 2026 is $200. 

We have a deal for the remainder of 2026! Buy membership now and it will be valid for all of next year!
